How Many Frivolous Motions Does Barton File on a Monthly Basis?

One thing that we’ve noticed during all the research that we’ve done on Nathan Barton is that this guy files more frivolous motions than any human being we’ve ever seen.

Worst of all, his motions often make no sense. There’s no wonder why over 80% of them seem to get denied.

I don’t know what it’s like to be a judge, but if I were a judge and I read some of these motions, I would figure out a way to stop that by sanctioning Barton. He’s either doing it to take up the court’s time, or he’s doing it to make the opposing counsel file a response. Come on.

I have never tried to understand another person, but I would love to figure out what’s going on in this guy’s head. As I am reading these things—and don’t get me wrong, as English is not my first language—I am trying to make sense of it all.

However, either I have a language barrier, or this guy just seems plain old dumb and likes to just waste the court’s time.

I’m sure he has a justifiable strategy, but something tells me… yeah, he’s doing it just to waste the court and opposing counsel’s time.
