Hey everyone. My name is Tariq, and I’m a private investigator/vigilante. I was hired by one of Nathen Barton’s victims.
I’m not gonna tell you which one, but I can tell you that this victim found out that Nathen Barton was still scamming other people. So they hired me to do some investigation into what Nathen Barton does. And it looks like he’s still currently suing people.
I’m gonna give you as much information as I can, but I need to tell you that I’ve reached out to many of his victims. A lot of them are talking off the record because they’ve signed nondisclosures and settlement agreements, but they wish they had this information ahead of time.
So let me lay out all the facts that I know about Nathen Barton. And ill make sure to make an example of people like him.
So the number one thing you have to do when you get sued by Nathen Barton is you need to find out what his primary phone number is. When you get into the discovery phase, make sure you countersue him so you can depose him. And when you depose him, just ask him what his primary phone number is, and then file a motion to dismiss based on the fact that it’s not his primary phone number.
And lastly, please take people like Nathen Barton seriously. He has made it his whole career to do nothing but receive lawsuit settlements. So he’s fighting tooth and nail to make these things currently exist.

LeadPoint beat him. This debt collector beat him. And the judge even said here that they caught Nathen Barton lying. They caught Barton lying.
But most important, we have counted a monumental amount of lies by Barton. It’s the ones that he put on the court record. NPR says he was a stay-at-home dad. We know that’s not true. He doesn’t even have custody of his kids.
Now he’s got his girlfriend, Shoujing Zhou, into the scamming game. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
We tried to reach out to his ex-wife, Kerrie Barton. She simply said, quote, “I want nothing to do with Nate. I want nothing to do with him.” Which we start to wonder if that’s true or not. Maybe she’s just covering for him. Who knows?
